I recently spent 13 days in jail in Knox County. One of the first questions I was asked was if I took medication for ANYTHING. I said yes. I was then sent directly to the medical unit where my meds were recorded into the system, the pharmacy was checked, and the meds were given first thing after breakfast every day I was there. They also have a cell block there where others with similar issues are housed together. I had NEVER been to jail at all and I only had one panic attack in the paddy wagon and an anxiety attack in classification.
