TN health care: Good for the goose, not the gander?

“I am saddened, shocked and disgusted by this flagrant display of disregard for the rule of law. The same disregard for the rule of law expands as it shows no regard for the elected lawmakers representing the people of Tennessee,” Bowling said. “This culture of lawlessness must be exposed and pulled out by the root.”
Dear Senator Bowling:
Did you not run your email by anyone before you made it public? You could have used some honest feedback before making yourself look so bad. At its best your comment was merely stupid. At its worst it was a self serving distortion, almost delusional in character that makes you look paranoid, defensive and more than a little ridiculous.
“… flagrant display of disregard for the rule of law…”
“… no regard for the elected lawmakers representing the people of Tennessee.”
“… culture of lawlessness… ”
Because they asked who had government insurance and how much it cost??? Because someone was asking what my taxes went for?? Because someone was asking for information available according to the law?? What was your purpose in this statement? What were you trying to accomplish?
You should get your facts straight before you deposit your foot in your mouth. Based on your rationale for voting against Insure Tennessee that seems to be an issue for you.
Senator it wasn’t lawlessness. It was the law. Sorry. It was the law.
Sorry it looks bad. It just does. The casual neglect you and your colleagues showed Insure Tennessee and your impassioned efforts to hide the hypocrisy of so many make you look bad. Your complaints convict you.
And Senator you don’t even have state insurance. Why in the world are you jumping off the cliff? I am really confused.
