Think about what the day will bring. What are you looking forward to? Who and what are your resources for the day? What problems are you likely to face? How can you handle it next? When you look back on this day what would you most like to be your summary? What can you do to make it happen? What are you already doing that makes it more likely to work out the way you want?
Inventory your thanks. What are you grateful for? What opportunities are open for you today? What adds to your life? How have you added to the life of others? What gave you hope yesterday… The day before? How will that hope affect the way you live today?
