The problem is not that the Task Force wants to provide insurance with people with mental health diagnoses. That is long overdue. The problem is that they make insurance for everyone else contingent upon their success.

Those who advocate for closing the coverage gap and have for years need to be aware of the problems in this plan. It is not enough to say that it is the only reason leaving the station. If the tracks ahead are not complete then don’t we need to think carefully before we climb on board?
