People will die without access to healthcare

The article above says it all. By what right, by what criteria do we decide whether or not someone has access to those things that will allow him to live?  What makes someone cost too much?  How do we decide what life is worth the effort and what is not? And what does it say about the kind of people we are that we would believe such things.  The index of any society is how it cares about it’s people.

The story that says “let them die” is fighting for ascendancy in this society.  The good ole days before the ACA were not really good.  I remember there used to be a whole section of YouTube basically devoted to people begging for their  lives from a system that just didn’t care.

Read the article.  Get mad.  Stay mad.  Make your voice heard.
